cutting fine steel wires, cutting cold rolled strip steel, milling steel
ingots, or rapid condensation of molten steel. Steel fibers used in
concrete can be uniformly dispersed in mortar or concrete, and the
aspect ratio of the fibers can be increased. Steel fibers bonded
together with water-soluble adhesive can be used to form bundles. Steel
fibers can be manufactured using methods such as cold drawn steel wire
cutting, thin steel plate shearing, steel block or ingot milling, and
molten steel drawing. Whether it is small cracks in concrete or large
external cracks, steel fibers can have a good blocking effect, and the
effect is very obvious. These cracks are easily reduced by the action of
steel fibers. But without steel fibers, these small cracks could
potentially pose a threat to concrete.
