钢纤维为高强钢丝铣削工艺制作而成两端带有锚固端,且一面粗糙一面光滑的高性能纤维产品。具有抗拉强度高,韧性与分散性好,与混凝土具有良好的粘接力。主要用于制造钢纤维混凝土,并应用于隧道、工业地坪等领域。 钢纤维混凝土是将钢纤维加入粘性硬化水泥砂浆中,经拌合而成的一种混合物。钢纤维将混凝土中的应力重新分配,并抑制了裂缝的形成和扩散,使之成为能在开裂后维持残余应力并更加柔韧的钢纤维混凝土。 与钢筋网相比较,钢纤维混凝土的优势在于: 1、能够较好地控制固化收缩,增加了接缝间距; 2、由于纤维均匀分布,结构断面在其厚度内得到均匀强化; 3、无需剪切或铺设网片,从而节约了施工时间和费用; 4、不需要在网面上再加覆盖保护层,从而减少混凝土的厚度。 砂浆或混凝土中掺加适量的钢纤维,可提高其抗拉、抗弯强度,并大幅度地提高其韧性和抗冲击强度。 The steel fiber is made of high strength steel wire milling technology and made of high-performance fiber products with anchorage ends at one end and smooth side. It has high tensile strength, good toughness and dispersibility, and good adhesion to concrete. It is mainly used for manufacturing steel fiber reinforced concrete and applied to tunnel, industrial floor and other fields. Steel fiber reinforced concrete is a mixture of steel fiber added into viscous hardening cement mortar and mixed with it. The steel fiber redistributes the stress in the concrete and inhibits the formation and diffusion of the cracks, making it a steel fiber concrete that can maintain residual stress and be more flexible after cracking. Compared with steel mesh, the advantages of steel fiber reinforced concrete are: 1, it can control the curing shrinkage better and increase the gap between the joints; 2, the structure section is uniformly strengthened in its thickness because of the uniform distribution of the fiber; 3, without cutting or laying the mesh, thus saving the time and cost of the application; 4, no need. The protective layer should be added to the web surface to reduce the thickness of the concrete. Adding proper amount of steel fiber into mortar or concrete can increase its tensile and flexural strength, and greatly improve its toughness and impact strength.
